Timeless Landscapes provides landscaping, gardening, maintenance, and seasonal services. Each scope is defined within a signed proposal or agreement.

2. Proposals & Payments

Project proposals outline pricing, deliverables, and schedules. Payment terms typically include deposits, progress draws, and maintenance subscriptions. Late payments may incur interest as outlined in agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property information and site access.
• Obtain necessary approvals when outside agencies are involved.
• Ensure pets, vehicles, and outdoor furniture are secured prior to site work.

4. Warranty & Maintenance

Hardscape installations include a two-year workmanship warranty. Plant warranties follow industry standards when enrolled in maintenance programs. Snow and ice services are weather-dependent.
